Postpartum Doula
I can help ease your transition back home with a newborn and give you and your body the special care it deserves.
Includes:
Assistance with baby care, especially to allow mom a break
Prepare care items for mom, especially padscicles and special baths
Tidy spaces used by Mom and baby
Run errands
Prepare nourishing food for the family
Ease transition for family, particularly older siblings
Help with latch and basic nursing
$40/hr daytime
$45/hr (7pm-7am)
Lactation Support
Breastfeeding isn’t always easy. Let me help you and baby as a breastfeeding duo to find comfort, ease, and peace of mind.
Includes:
90 minute consultation (in home or virtual)
Assessment of proper latch and positioning
Trouble shoot any concerns or issues
Look for signs of milk transfer
Assistance with any concerns about pumping
Plan of care to move forward
Follow up within 48 hours

Childbirth Education Class
Know the ins and outs of physiological birth, what to expect and have all your questions answered. Can be done in person or virtually.
